I was instrumental in setting up Deloitte's Human Capital Practice, developing InterPublic's Creative Talent Pool and facilitating Center for Creative Leadership programmes.
Before all that, I was into skateboarding, studied industrial design and design thinking.at Pratt, was on Frank Gehry's team at Knoll and designed museums in my native New York.
These days, I focus on facilitating the issues that top teams face. This work is based on my Dialogue Experiments and publications about Stimulating Conversation, engagement, teamwork and transforming group culture.
I was on the board of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) for 4 years and then hosted the Facilitation Impact Awards for 5 years, establishing it as the gold standard in group process facilitation.
Based in Bali, with my French wife. Two kids – one with us, and one in Europe where we spent 30 years. A reformed New Yorker, comfortable almost anywhere. Curious everywhere. Into art, travel and tending to my mangoes and lemongrass.
